About Hope to Health Counseling and Consulting, LLC
Ansley Gasque-Carter is the owner and sole therapist at Hope to Health Counseling and Consulting, a therapy practice dedicated to helping indivuals improve well-being through a holistic and compassionate approach.

Ansley supports clients in navigating overt and underlying stress and anxiety that impact life such as stress-related medical issues (high blood pressure, panic attacks, stroke, heart attack, seizures, etc.) lifelong or recent trauma, addiction, life transitions, relationship and attachment challenges, and changing other unhealthy coping behaviors while building practical skills for everyday resilience.

LISW Supervision
Welcome! I commend you on your decision to continue your education and career with LISW supervision.

My supervision style is open and supportive. I provide a safe space to explore cases, concerns, and develop skills while also practicing with an ethical problem-solving model to assist with making the best choices possible time and again. I prepare my supervisees to be thoughtful, well-rounded, and ethical practitioners. I invite you to use your supervision time as you would like. we can discuss professional concerns, case conceptualization, interventions, or have more targetted focus on test prep materials.

My group supervision provides the opportunity for supervisees to meet social workers in other areas of practice and get outside perspectives. Additional benefits include learning evidence-based practices with other populations while providing members the opportunity to share about their interests in the field.

Individual Supervision: $75/hr
Group: $100/2hrs
